Nac Works built the ZenAir app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by Nac Works at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use my Service.

Information Collection and Use

The information necessary for the regular operation of the Application is retained on your device and is not collected by me for profiling or marketing purposes.

This app has no backend server for user data. However, to ensure stability, the app uses a voluntary crash reporting mechanism described below.

The legal basis for processing crash report data under GDPR is your explicit consent, given each time you choose to submit a report.

Log Data & Crash Reports

In the event of an application error, you may voluntarily choose to submit a crash report by pressing a dedicated button. This action is entirely optional and requires your explicit confirmation.

If you choose to send a report, the app collects technical diagnostic data (including device model, OS version, and stack trace). The exact contents of the report are visible to you in the app before sending.

This data is transmitted securely via OkHttp to a Google Form endpoint (docs.google.com) for the sole purpose of bug fixing and improving app stability.

I do not use this data to identify you personally. However, please note that transmission to Google Forms means the data is processed by Google LLC on their infrastructure, subject to Google's Privacy Policy. I do not share this data with any other third parties.

Local Data Storage

The app stores only operational data necessary for its function. Additionally, the most recent crash report is saved locally on your device until it is either sent by you or overwritten by a newer report.

Data Retention

Crash reports are retained for up to one year, or until a new app version is released - whichever comes first. Google Forms settings are configured to enforce automatic deletion of responses older than one year.

Security

I am committed to ensuring the security of your information. While the app minimizes data collection, any diagnostic data you voluntarily submit is transmitted securely via HTTPS. Local operational data remains on your device and is not accessible to me or any third parties.

This Service may contain links to external sites. If you click on a third-party link, these links open in your device's default web browser or a system-provided custom tab. These external sites are not operated by me. Please note that once you leave the app, any data collection (including cookies) is governed by the privacy policies of those third-party sites and your browser, over which I have no control.

Cookies

This app does not use cookies or similar tracking technologies. No web-based tracking scripts are embedded in the application.

Children's Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

I may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

Your Rights & Contact

Under applicable data protection laws (including GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict processing of your personal data. You also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Since this app has no backend server, most data remains on your device under your control. Crash reports submitted to Google Forms are fully anonymous and contain no user-identifiable information. Consequently, I cannot locate or delete a specific report upon individual request.

To limit data retention: crash reports are automatically deleted when a new app version is released. Additionally, no reports older than one year are retained regardless of version.
